Returned items found to be defective must be complete with all printed materials, accessories and packaging in order to be exchange. We will then replace the defective merchandise. In case we can not replace the item we give you a full refund for the merchandise with the exception of shipping cost. Please also return a copy of the original invoice in order to process your exchange effectively. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE. Exchanges and refunds on all purchases must be made within 14 business days. Returned items must be in un-open and re-sale condition in order for a store credit or exchange. Most U.S. orders are shipped Postal Regular or Priority Mail or UPS Ground and will be received within 3-10 days. We charge a "minmium" of shipping and handling fee of $6.00 per order (not per item), prices increase depending on the size of the item and the number of items you order. So please contact us for shipping prices. Most International orders are generally received in less than four weeks. Some countries may take longer. We will email you to confirm the exact shipping cost. Pre-Orders: Pre-orders will be ship immediately when we received from the manufacturer (Please refer to item usually we post update information about shipping and availability.) Release dates are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer's delays. Cancellation on any pre-orders please contact us. Credit Card Payment: PRE-ORDERS will not be charged to your credit card, however the amount will be held as pending against your account to ensure you have sufficent funds for the item you have pre-order.
