Store hours Monday-Friday 11AM - 7PM , Saturday and Sundays 12PM - 6PM Eastern Time.
Store will be closed on these following holidays Independence Day (July 4th) , Thanksgiving, Christmas (Dec 25th), New Year (Jan 1) and Lunar New Year. Also we will be attending Otakon convention weekend from Thurs to Monday we will be closed! Please check dates on those events sorry for the inconvenience.

The Image Anime Satisfaction Guarantee: If your merchandise is defective or damage in any way, please contact us by email or by phone in order to get proper authorization and instructions. Returned items found to be defective must be complete with all printed materials, accessories and packaging in order to be exchange. We will then replace the defective merchandise. In case we can not replace the item we give you a full refund for the merchandise with the exception of shipping cost. Please also return a copy of the original invoice in order to process your exchange effectively.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE. Exchanges and refunds on all purchases must be made within 14 business days. Returned items must be in un-open and re-sale condition in order for a store credit or exchange. Please take note: We will CHARGE a 15% RE-STOCKING FEE for any item return to us, since the products that we carry are considered collectibles,and the overall value is determined by the condition of the product as a whole, including both the contents and the packaging. You are responsible for PAYING ANY and ALL RETURN MAIL COSTS.
Shipping Methods: Image Anime provides you fast, safe and reliable shipping. Most U.S. orders are shipped Postal Regular or Priority Mail or UPS Ground and will be received within 3-10 days. We charge a "minmium" of shipping and handling fee of $6.00 per order (not per item), prices increase depending on the size of the item and the number of items you order. So please contact us for shipping prices.
Most International orders are generally received in less than four weeks. Some countries may take longer. We will email you to confirm the exact shipping cost.
Pre-Orders: Pre-orders will be ship immediately when we received from the manufacturer (Please refer to item usually we post update information about shipping and availability.)
Prices, specifications and release dates are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in currency or manufacture delay!
Cancellation on any pre-orders please contact us. **Pre-Orders pay by Paypal will be charged due to the way Paypal works. We have to accept the payment inorder to received the funds.

Payment by check or money order: When we receive the check or money order it will be deposit to secure the pre-order item. Checks and money order must be received within 5-10 days from the day of placing the order to be valid. Late payment are subject to cancellation of the order and forefiting the pre-order price.
Change in Orders: Any requests for order changes please contact us by phone (11 AM - 6 PM est). Orders placed at different times cannot be combined into one order. (However, we will do our best to catch any mutiple orders placed on the same day to save you shipping.)
